If there is a case in court, will there be a travel ban?

The law within the UAE stipulates certain procedures for safeguarding the rights of individuals and for preventing the debtor from fleeing outside the State under article 329 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

First: If the debt is known and the performance receivable is unrestricted.

Second: If the debt is not a certain amount, the judge shall estimate it provisionally.

The claim must be based on written evidence. The creditor shall provide a guarantee accepted by the court in which any failure and damage caused to the debtor by the debtor's prohibition of travel are guaranteed if the creditor is found not to be correct in his claim.
