هل من الممكن إغلاق المكتب الرئيسي للشركة والإبقاء على المكتب الفرعي؟
مرحبًا.
لدينا شركتان سياحيتان مسجلتان في دبي، الإمارات. الأولى مسجلة كمكتب رئيسي على الرخصة التجارية والثانية مسجلة كمكتب فرعي على الرخصة التجارية.
نريد إغلاق المكتب الرئيسي ونقل المكتب الرئيسي إلى الثانية وهو حاليًا المكتب الفرعي. قيل لنا أنه من غير الممكن ذلك لأن التراخيص التجارية لا يمكن أن تحل محل بعضها البعض.
هل يعرف أي محامٍ طريقة لنقل هذه المكاتب دون مواجهة أي مشاكل مالية وقانونية؟

As per your query, please note that first of all, we would like to know the official address as per the license.
Also, if physically both the offices are in different locations, then you can close the branch office license and use the address in the main office license.

You have two options:
You can either amend the MOA of N1 and change it to N2 information and close N2 because you can't shut down the main office while the branch is operating.
Or you can establish a Holding Company and add N1 and N2 under the Holding, close N1 and keep N2, now N2 no longer follows N1 but follows the holding company.
