How to cancel a complaint after fixing the issue with the employer?

Dear sir/madam,

I made a complaint to MOHRE against my previous company, but now we have already fixed it with my employer.

I want to cancel the complaint for the cancellation of my visa. My employer cannot cancel it because there is still a complaint in the system of MOHRE.
