لقد أخذت قرضًا من البنك وتأخرت في سداد الأقساط. كيف أجعلهم يقبلون التسوية؟

لقد أخذت قرضًا (60 ألفًا) من أحد البنوك في عام 2019 قبل كوفيد وكنت أسدده حتى تم تسريحنا من العمل بسبب تأثيرات كوفيد.
لقد راسلت البنك وأبلغتهم بذلك ولكنني واصلت السداد حتى منتصف عام 2021.
قبل بضعة أسابيع، اتصلت بالبنك وطلبت خطة تسوية. كما أبلغتهم بنيتي بالعودة إلى دبي.
قالوا لي "لقد رفعنا قضية وإذا أردت سحب القضية فيجب أن أدفع كل الرصيد المستحق".
عرضت دفع 80٪ والرصيد لاحقًا بشرط سحب القضية. رفضوا.
