Legal representation in a labour case for salary delay

I have a labour case (Delayed salary) ongoing in the Labour Court.

I would like to Appoint/Discuss with a lawyer/Attorney, but due to my bad financial condition, can I pay the lawyer fees as a percentage of claim amount after the final judgement?
