من الذي يجب أن يدفع غرامة تجاوز مدة الإقامة عند تأخير إصدار تأشيرة العمل؟

مرحبًا،

وقعت عقدًا في 25 أكتوبر 2022، وأُبلغت بأن تأشيرتي قيد المعالجة. لذا دفعت مقابل تأشيرة مدتها 30 يومًا. لكن الأمر استغرق من شركتي أكثر من 30 يومًا لمعالجة تأشيرتي وأنا الآن تجاوزت مدة إقامتي وعلي غرامة تجاوز مدة التأشيرة.

أخبرني قسم الموارد البشرية أنه يتعين عليّ الدفع بنفسي.

أرجو المساعدة.

ما هي خياراتي؟

ليس الموارد لدفع كل ذلك.

Although I signed the job offer with Orient on 10/25/2022, I had only signed the MOHRE job offer on 12/08/2022 sent to me via email.
