For example, non-cancellation of previous residence visa, history of criminal offense or fraud in the UAE, application errors, female below 25 years old, active criminal case, non-cancellation of Tourist Visa applied for in the past, and so on.

The reason for rejecting residence in the UAE may be a court ruling convicting the applicant for a residence visa.

Violating the laws of the country and committing several violations lead to the search for adjustment of status after the cancellation of residency if the applicant has been deported to reside in the country.
