How can I convince the bank of my request to pay the loan interest in instalments?
I did not pay my loan for more than six months due to Corona in Dubai and job loss. Meanwhile, the bank put against me a civil case, a criminal case, and a travel ban.
After I got a job, I negotiated with the bank and paid a lump sum, and revised the loan into two parts (one without interest and one balance as per schedule).
As of date, I paid the loan without interest money. I requested the bank to lift the travel ban (criminal case solved) and I am ready to continue the EMI, but the bank is not.
How to resolve this?
I need to travel to see my sick parents.

You can approach the court to lift your travel ban with all the documents and accordingly you can resolve your issue.

In the event that you are unable to settle the amount with the bank, you could apply or through your legal representative to remove your name from the list of those banned from traveling and present the passport of someone who guarantees you until you return to the country.
