How to get a green report after a car accident?

Hi,

I would like to get advice on a car accident which took place yesterday 7th December in the afternoon at 13:10 PM.

A person hit my car from behind, but he says that I am at fault. I need a green report to repair my car.

Dear questioner,

Did you report the accident?

Yes!

The police were on the site of the accident and recorded the report and sent me a reference number, saying I will get the report in an hour's time.

You can inquire about it on the police website.

I enquired on the Dubai police website, the website says the status is in progress.

I also went to Rashidya police station and one of the police officers checked with the reference number and tried to call the faulty person's mobile number, but he is not answering the call and now his mobile is switched off.

My concern is why does it take so long to receive a green police report?

It needs to be reviewed before issuance, and the person's full data is identified from the car numbers.

Don't worry, it doesn't take much time and the report will be issued.

The police were on the site of the accident and analyzed the incident and issued me the reference number saying I will receive the report in an hour, or at the end of the day, or I go to the police station the next day which I did today.

So they know who is at fault and who is not.

Yes, at the end of the day, you will find the report appeared.
