Taking photos and publishing them without permission

Q: I am living with my family in a villa of 10 houses. I was cleaning my car in front of the villa, one of my neighbors took a picture of me with my wife and shared it with all the neighbors telling them not to clean cars outside the villa.
My wife is from Pakistan; she wears a hijab and covers her face all the time. This picture humiliates me and my wife in front of every neighbor.
Can I file a case against this man who took the picture without permission and humiliated my wife?
Is there any law in UAE, Abu Dhabi that can support me?

Taking legal action against false accusation of harassment and unlawful filming

3
Q: Hello,
I was at the gym in my apartment building and had an argument with a woman about listening to music loudly, etc. The conversation became a bit heated.
At the end, I was laughing at her because she was screaming, dancing, and making some moves. She was offended by this and grabbed her phone to start filming me. I kindly asked her to stop filming me as it is not allowed without my consent, but she ignored me.
She then went to the security guard and complained about my behavior, stating that I was shouting at her and harassing her, which was untrue.
The security guard could not find any evidence of wrongdoing on the video, but still gave me a warning, likely because they are from the same ethnicity.
I am unsure if she has shared the video on social media and I want to know if there is a possibility of taking legal action.

Supervisor took my photo without consent: Can I sue?

6
Q: Dear Sir/Madam,
During my work, I am supposed to wear safety glasses, but unfortunately, due to some reason, I removed them.
At that time, my supervisor took a picture of me with my face more visible and shared the photo in an email to safety personnel and other team members.
He took the photo without my consent. If a safety violation needs to be reported to the company, he can use the company surveillance cameras instead of taking a photo and sharing it with others.
He took the photo while standing in front of me, and he didn't even ask for my consent. I feel embarrassed about the photo.
Can I file a case related to this?

Can I cancel my house sale contract without extra fees after personal plans changed? 0
Dear Lawyers,
I signed a Form F with a buyer for the sale of my house as we were planning to leave the country. The contract was signed about a month ago, but the handover is not until August.
Due to personal circumstances changing, we are no longer leaving Dubai and would like to cancel Form F.
The Form F contract stipulates that we have to pay the buyer 10% of the purchase value. The real estate agent is now claiming that we also have to pay the buyer's real estate commission and the conveyancing fee.
Our understanding is that the 10% penalty is the only penalty. Which is correct, and what are the next steps to dispute this?
Also, is there any way to dispute the 10% itself under the law due to personal circumstances changing?

Canceling my MoU and getting my deposit back due to a low bank valuation and overpriced property 0
Hi,
I wanted to purchase a 2-bedroom apartment in JVC Dubai. I gave a 10% security deposit cheque to the seller. The price mentioned in the MoU is very high compared to other similar apartments in the same building.
The bank’s valuation also came in very low. Since the valuation is much lower, how can I terminate the MoU and get my cheque back? The MoU ends on 1st October 2024.
One of the articles in the MoU states:
In the event that the Buyer fails to make the payments as agreed or fails to complete the transfer on the agreed date due to his own acts or omissions, the Seller has the right to terminate this agreement and retain the deposit, provided that the termination is due to a violation of the agreed terms, unless both parties agree amicably to different dates.
I need help urgently.
