My flatmate took a video of my visitor in the toilet half naked without permission
My flatmate took a video of my visitor in the toilet half-naked without permission and shared it with another person, and accusing me of taking another nationality which is untrue.
What will be the cases to file a case?
Dear,
Taking pictures or videos in general without the other person's consent is considered a criminal act and hence, you can report the act to the nearest police station.
Such an instance where the individual is 'indecent' can be an aggravating factor and can lead to a more severe fine/punishment.
Kindly put together whatever your visitor or you have as evidence to support the claim, such as messages, that prove your claim, and or witnesses.
Regards.

Your visitor alone has the right to file a complaint with the Department of Criminal Investigation.

Good morning.
Taking video without consent is a major crime.
Your friend should complain to the police station and if the crime has taken place, then there is a chance your flatmate might get a decision of deportation.
