هل يمكنني استخدام أيام العطلة ضمن فترة الإخطار عند الاستقالة؟
إذا كان العقد ينص على فترة إخطار مدتها 60 يومًا، وقام الشخص بالاستقالة قبل العطلة الصيفية (وهي حوالي 50 يومًا)، فهل ستدخل العطلة ضمن فترة الإخطار؟
هذا الأمر خاص بمعلم في مدرسة مقرها دبي.

With reference to your inquiry, kindly be informed that as per the UAE Federal Labor Law, you shall serve (i.e. attend at your workplace) during the whole notice period, thus, you can't just resign before your vacation if the period prior to the said vacation is less than the notice period agreed upon, since the absent days don't count.
The only exception in that regard is that your employer gives you a written letter stating that they don't have you to attend after the 50 days. That will safeguard your rights by all means.
