Can I claim compensation for unfair dismissal if I was terminated without warning?
I would like to ask a question.
The employer terminated me in compliance with the notice period as per the agreement but without prior written warnings.
Is this considered wrongful termination?
Can I get my indemnity first before I file a case against the company?
