Husband's behavior is unacceptable. What to do?

Good day,

I have a complex situation here.

My husband and I recently moved into an apartment. I am concerned about our DEWA bill hence I asked him for the details so I can check the details online. He let me use his PC to check his e-mail and found some Talabat food orders in a specific spa.

Turned out that my husband has been going to massage with happy endings as he confessed all.

When I threatened him with divorce as it is really unacceptable, he turned the table against me saying that he will tell the court that I invaded his privacy.

I don't know which is a more grave situation here. Please enlighten me.

I really don't know what to do and have little to no proof of the said incident.

If I want to get a divorce, what will be the grounds for this?

Article (9) of the Rumors Law states that:

“Whoever obtains, without a permit or permission from the person concerned, a secret number, code or word, shall be punished by imprisonment and a fine of not less than 50 thousand dirhams and not more than 100 thousand dirhams, or by one of these two penalties.”

The article stipulates that the punishment is for whoever hacks without permission, but you took the computer with your husband’s permission, and in this case, you will need to browse the e-mail.
