تم القبض على أخي منذ حوالي 3 أسابيع بسبب انتهاء صلاحية تأشيرته وتجاوزه المدة المسموح بها. منذ ذلك الحين، لم أسمع عنه، تم إغلاق خطوط هاتفه.

تم ترحيل الأشخاص الذين تم القبض عليهم معه منذ ذلك الحين إلى نيجيريا، لكنه لم يعد بعد. لا توجد أي مخالفات أخرى باستثناء تجاوز المدة المسموح بها.
