You can not appeal against the rejection ruling by the Supreme Court, but you can submit a request for reconsideration if the conditions for this request are met.

Dear,
You may apply for retraction, provided there are solid legal grounds to base your claim.
Furthermore, you will need to pay a security deposit (AED 20,000) to the Court, non-refundable if the application is rejected.
Application for retraction can only be made once and within one year of the issuance of the final judgment or decision issued in chambers.
You may refer to the UAE Civil Procedure Code, Article 187 bis, which states the grounds for retracting a final decision or judgment.
