إنهاء عقد عمل محدد المدة بشكل شفهي
أعمل في وكالة سفر. قالوا لي شفويا سيتم إنهاء عقد العمل الخاص بك، ولكن لم يرسلوا لي أي بريد بخصوص الإنهاء إلى الآن.
لذا، متى متى ستبدأ عملية إنهاء عقد عملي؟ أعرف أن فترة السماح هي شهر واحد؟ هل يمكنني إرجاع بطاقة هوية إمارات الخاص بي؟
وسؤال آخر، تعاقدت شركتي معي بعقد لمدة عامين. قد أكملت الآن 9 أشهر فقط. هل يمكنني الحصول على أي مبلغ (مكافأة) عند المغادرة؟

Thank you for getting in touch with me in this.
Please note that you should not rely on such oral representation of your employer. Ask him to give you a letter of termination or send an email terminating you. Only then your notice period starts.
Further, they are supposed to pay you for arbitrary dismissal if the reason for termination is not valid.
You will be entitled to a gratuity only after one year of completing work. Since you have completed only 9 months, you will not be entitled.
I suggest you continue working till the time they terminate you in writing.
