رفض خدمة فترة الإشعار لمدة شهر عند الاستقالة. ماذا أفعل؟

سيدي/سيدتي،

انتهى عقد عملي في 18 نوفمبر 2022. بعد انتهاء العقد، أرسلت خطابًا إلى شركتي بأنني لن أجدد عقدي لكنهم لم يوافقوا على رفض التجديد وأخبروني أنه لا يمكنهم تسريحي حتى منتصف يناير 2023. هل هذا صحيح؟

هل أخالف أي قانون عمل إذا لم أذهب إلى العمل بعد قضاء فترة الإشعار لمدة 30 يومًا؟

Hello,

First of all, this results from the work contract concluded between you.

Is there a condition to send a notice of non-intention to renew before a period of two months?

If not, then the notice period is one month scheduled for settlement, visa cancellation, and giving the company an opportunity to appoint a replacement.

The 30th day is considered your last day. They are not entitled to force you to spend any other time with them.

Please note that we cannot answer accurately without seeing the employment contract.

You can cancel the employment contract, but you must give them a one-month notice period and work during the month and receive the salary, and it will be your last month of work with them.
