Is the medical insurance considered among recruitment costs?

Medical insurance is the right of the employee to be paid by the company and the costs of that fall on it.

However, you have not specified which Emirate as the law may differ according to the Emirate you are referring to.

For example, in Dubai employers are legally obligated to provide medical coverage for their employees.

However, it is not the same case as in Ajman or Sharjah where employers are not obligated to provide medical insurance.
