Is it possible to cancel someone’s visa while on vacation?

Assuming you are referring to canceling an employee's visa while they are on annual leave/vacation?

If yes, it is against the UAE Labor Law to terminate an employee during their annual leave.

An employer may only cancel the visa and work permit of the employee upon termination of the employment contract.

Further, the employee must sign the cancellation papers.
