How to claim compensation for medical error after getting a report from DHA?
Hi,
Today I received the final medical report made by the doctors committee at DHA. The report says the doctor and the hospital made a 100% medical error (I took medicine that the doctor prescribed and they were aware I was allergic).
To get compensation, what should I do now if I already have the report from DHA?
In case I need to go to court, what is the process?
Thank you

You can hire a lawyer in order to speed up the procedures and refer to the hospital and the insurance company responsible for the doctor to compensate.
Dear User,
After the complaint has been filed with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), the claimant may refer the case to the court of competent jurisdiction by filing a case for compensation due to damages or injury.
It will help your case to prove the damages done to you by the fault of the medical practitioner, such as allergic reactions, payment to another doctor, and so on.
