How to claim lost money in India from a person who fled to Dubai?

Hi Sir,

I am S. K. One Indian investment company MD and Chairman money cheated and escaped from India and they're staying in Dubai.

I have a passport copy of them and I have the visa expiration date only. How can I recover my money?

I lost worth is half a million AED. I want to meet them to recover my money. How do I approach it legally?

First of all, you have to make a file of all the proofs related to cheating with you including money transfer-proof and conversation proof (Whatsapp chat or email), and send that file to me.
