عدم الانضمام إلى صاحب عمل جديد لأن الشركة القديمة لا تقوم بإلغاء التأشيرة
سيدي العزيز / سيدتي العزيزة،
كنت أعمل مهندسًا في شركة نقل في أبو ظبي. كان تاريخ انتهاء عقدي المحدود في سبتمبر 2022. وقد قدمت إشعارًا مسبقًا قبل شهر واحد في أغسطس لأطلب فيه عدم تجديد عقدي لأنني وجدت وظيفة أخرى سأنضم إليها قبل أكتوبر 2022.
حتى الآن، لم تدفع شركتي القديمة راتبي عن شهري أغسطس وسبتمبر، ولم تدفع أيضًا مستحقات نهاية الخدمة الخاصة بي، وبالتالي لم يتم إلغاء تأشيرتي أيضًا.
الآن، تقول شركتي الجديدة إنني تأخرت بالفعل في الانضمام ولا يمكنهم الانتظار.
لديّ زوجتي وابنتي أيضًا لأعتني بهما. أنا أدفع مصاريفي اليومية بمساعدة أصدقائي لأنني لم أتمكن من العمل منذ شهر سبتمبر.
هل يوجد أي قانون في دولة الإمارات يسمح لي بالمطالبة بالتعويض من شركتي القديمة لعدم سداد مستحقاتي ووضعي في موقف أظل فيه عاطلاً عن العمل لمدة شهرين الآن؟
كما أنني فقدت عرض العمل الجديد الخاص بي بسبب هذا التأخير.
