كيف يمكنك المطالبة برد مبلغ قليل من المال من الشركة؟

لم تقم شركة ما برد الأموال لي بعد 60 يومًا من إلغاء الخدمة (إجمالي 4000 درهم إماراتي لخدمات السيارات/المركبات).

لم يسفر تدخل دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في دبي عن أي نتائج (ردت الشركة 3 مرات ووافقت على رد أموالي).

ما هي الخطوات التالية المتاحة؟

الأدلة المتاحة:

1) إيصال مع وعد كتابي باسترداد الأموال "خلال يوم عمل واحد"

2) سجل دردشة واتس اب

3) مراجع الحالة الخاصة بدائرة اقتصادية دبي (سيكون لديهم ملاحظات ويمكنهم تأكيد القصة).

It's for a service that was canceled due to improper/not agreed material used.

In such a case, we would advise you to file a case against the company, and/or submit a complaint at the police station.

Filing a case would seem to be the best option but before that, you may send them a legal notice. If they do not comply with the legal notice then you can take legal action.

I am taking action through the Dubai Economic Department (CMP) this week.

If there is no resolution then I will be looking to open a case or issue a legal notice ASAP, in which case I will be in contact with you for some support in these steps.

To ask, will the police open a case for such matters? Or is this best done directly with/through the courts?
