Seeking to increase the basic salary in offer letter

Once we receive the offer letter, for example, if our salary is 6000 and a basic pay is 2000, do we have the right to ask an employer for raising the basic pay?

What if he rejects our request?

Hello there,

With reference to your inquiry, kindly be informed that you do have the right to discuss all your requests with any potential and/or current employer.

It is all subject to your negotiation, so if he rejects, you have the right to accept the offer letter or reject it.

There is nothing to be done in order to force any employer to increase salaries in any way whatsoever.

Kind regards.
