How long does the employee need to stay in service after resignation?
Dear Sir,
I am working as a draughtsman in a company for the last 9 months. I am a mother of 2 children, I have a family problem at my home.
So, I gave my resignation on November 10. How many days do I need to continue here?

Good day!
You have to serve the notice period as specified in the employment contract, or else you need to pay in lieu of the notice period if you want to leave before completing the notice period.
If a notice period is not specified in the contract, then the minimum notice period will be 30 days.
