ماذا تفعل بعد شراء سيارة بسبب إعلان مضلل؟
مرحبًا،
اشتريت سيارة أمس. أعلن البائع عن سيارة بمبلغ 140 ألفًا قطعت مسافة 73000 كيلومتر. اشتريناها وبعد ذلك عندما تحققت من رقم الشاسيه، تبين أنها مباعة عن طريق مزاد بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وقد قطعت مسافة 256000 كيلومتر.
قبل الصفقة عندما طلبت منه رقم الشاسيه، أعطاني رقم الشاسيه خاطئًا. يوجد دليل في دردشة الواتساب على رقم الشاسيه الخاطئ الذي قدمه.
وعندما طلبت منه أن يعطيني المال، قال أنه سيعيد 100000 فقط.
هل يمكننا رفع قضية والفوز بها؟
