هل هناك غرامة يتعين عليك دفعها إذا غادرت قبل نهاية عقد الإيجار؟

مرحبًا،

سأحتاج بالتأكيد إلى مغادرة شقتي قبل شهر واحد من نهاية عقد الإيجار. لقد تم بالفعل دفع الإيجار بالكامل.

في هذه الحالة، إذا أبلغت مالك العقار مسبقًا أنني سأخلي الشقة قبل شهر واحد، فلا يمكنه أن يطلب مني دفع غرامة، أليس كذلك؟

فهل سيرجع لي الشهر الذي لن أستخدم فيه الوحدة في هذه الحالة؟

كم من الوقت يجب أن أخبره مسبقاً بهذا؟

As per the law, the tenant needs to give the landlord a 90-days notice in writing before terminating the lease contract.

You have to notify the landlord three months earlier and to be sure you have to receive the cancelation of the contract to avoid calculating the rent.
