Dear User,

In the case of commercial contracts, it may be written in only English, English and Arabic, or only Arabic.

There is no mandatory language other than that for official legal documents attested by relevant authorities which have to be in Arabic.

Kind regards,

Dear Questioner,

Pursuant to the query, if your contract is to be registered with any government authority, it should have Arabic also in the UAE.

Otherwise, if it is for both parties only, then you can make it in the language which is understandable by both parties.

Further, we need to know the exact purpose of your agreement to give you proper advice.

Kindly contact us at our number.

Thank You.

Yes, you can do it in the English language, but you need the translation if there is a dispute later for the court.
