ما الذي يجب القيام به عند طرد الموظف دون دفع مستحقاته؟

سيدي العزيز / سيدتي العزيزة،

طردني مديري بعد 8 أشهر من العمل في المطعم ولم يدفع لي آخر راتب عن شهر يوليو بعد أن طردني.

لقد قام بتأخير إجراءات تأشيرة العمل الخاصة بي حتى نزلت علي غرامة قدرها 3500 درهم بالإضافة إلى عدم دفع ساعات العمل الإضافية. لم يدفع لي منذ 8 أشهر. لقد اشتكيت بالفعل إلى العمل والعمال عدة مرات، لكن مديري ظل يعدني بالدفع ويكذب على العمل والعمال.

ماذا علي أن أفعل؟

هل أحتاج لتوكيل محامٍ؟ لا أملك نقودًا.

Dear questioner,

If your employer fires you, the last salary will be given to you when you sign the full and final settlement agreement.

Please do not sign the full and final settlement agreement if you did not receive all your dues.

The labor can help you to calculate the amount which the employer should pay you. Also, it is important to know the reason for the termination.

Did you do something really bad? Or is it regular termination for not functioning as per their requirements?

It is best to go to labor in person (make an appointment) and sit with the expert who is handling your case.

I complained many times online to the labor but my employer keeps promising that he will pay me but he never did.

I always update my complaint online. What am I supposed to do?

Should I file this with the court? I do not have any money to hire a lawyer for my case.

Please advise me on what is better!

Call the Ministry of Labor and make a meeting with them there.
