The effect of a case against a landlord on a tenant

Dear sir/madam,

If a landlord is having an issue with the court on our leased property, how will it affect us as a tenant?

Our team is staying inside and a lot of our machines and client properties are inside the factory.

Does the court give sufficient time to vacate the premises?

The landlord is having an issue with the bank and the court verdict is against the landlord.

So how will it affect the tenant?

The bank can open an execution file and impose an attachment against the property not against the tenant's stuff.
