كيف يمكن معرفة ما إذا كان هناك منع من السفر علي؟
لقد قام شريكي بدفع 10% من الغرامة في دبي وتم السماح له بدخول الدولة ولديه إقامة.
لكن صاحب العمل لم يدفع له راتبه خلال الأشهر القليلة الماضية وشريكي غير قادر على دفع الغرامات وغير قادر على مغادرة البلاد.
ومن المؤكد أنه إذا لم يتقاضى راتبه ولم يجد عملاً، فيمكنه مغادرة البلاد والبحث عن عمل في مكان آخر لسداد غراماته.
هل هناك أي طريقة لمعرفة ما إذا كان من الممكن رفع المنع من السفر المفروض عليه؟
