Paying the overstay fine when the employer does not renew the visa

My company did not renew my visa. There is an overstay fine.

If your company is not renewing your visa, the accumulated overstay fines will be your responsibility.

Please file a complaint against your employer for the dues if any and get a new visa to avoid overstay fines.

I have already filed a case regarding salary delay and the non-renewal of my visa.

In that case, your overstay fines will be waived.

Please note that you shall cancel your visa within 30 days from the date of judgment, otherwise, overstay fines will be applicable.
