هل يمكن للمالك أن يطلب زيادة الإيجار قبل 77 يومًا من تاريخ انتهاء العقد؟

طلب مالك العقار زيادة في الإيجار قبل 77 يومًا من تاريخ انتهاء العقد. كما طلب أكثر من المبلغ الذي تسمح به حاسبة مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري.
بما أن الحد الأقصى المسموح به هو 90 يومًا، إذا اخترت خيار الشكوى عبر دائرة الأراضي والأملاك/مركز فض المنازعات، فهل لدي سبب صحيح لطلب تجديد العقد بموجب الشروط القديمة؟
أم أن هناك احتمال أن تسمح المحكمة للمالك بزيادة الإيجار بما تسمح به حاسبة مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري؟
