Hi questioner,
Good Day!
Kindly be informed that driving a vehicle with expired registration is liable for a fine of AED 500, 4 black points, and 7 days confiscation of the vehicle in Dubai.
There is a grace period of 30 days available to renew the registration if the insurance is valid. This grace period is for renewal without any fines.

Dear questioner,
There is a grace period of 30 days after the date of expiry to renew your Mulkiya.
At this time, you may drive the car. If you drive without valid insurance, there is a fine, so make sure it is still valid.
