What to do if the employer does not approve an emergency leave?

Good day!

I would like to seek help. I filed an emergency leave because my mother was in the hospital and I want to go home.

But the company is asking me to deposit AED 5,000 and my passport is with them and they don't want to give it to me.

What should I do?
