Staying in a property when the landlord does not commit to the eviction notice

Dear sir/madam,

I am a tenant. I renewed my tenancy contract on Sept 30, 2021. Then on December 30, 2021, I received an eviction notice from the landlord asking me to vacate at the end of my tenancy contract on Sept 30, 2022.

But following the "minimum" 12-month eviction notice rule (Article 25 / par.2 of Tenancy Law), do I still have the right to stay till December 30, 2022?

Hi,

He has to send you an attested notary notice, not a normal notice. And he must have a reason for eviction.

There are some procedures you have to do before the end of the contract to stay in your apartment.

Hello.

He did send me a notarized notice on 30th December 2021. But he wants me to vacate by end of my tenancy which is Sept 30.

This is less than 12-month minimum required.

Not legal.

You need to book a consultation to meet the legal advisor to know your rights.

How much would that consultation cost?

100$.

Dear questioner,

You have to send him a legal notice for renewal.
