Can the employee resign without serving the notice period to take a better offer?

Can I file a resignation without prior notice because I got an offer letter and a better opportunity from a different company?

If so, what are the consequences?

I am working there for 4 years already, this is my second contract with them.

And I am willing to pay The 30-day notice period with my full salary. Is it applicable?

Unless I will pay for the notice period, right?

No, only the employer who can pay for the notice period, you have only to satisfy the notice period by working during the said period.

Unless your employer doesn't want your services, you are still required to serve a full notice period according to your contract.
