عدم الاعتداد بالطلبات التي لم تثبت في المذكرة الختامية

لقد فتحت قضية حضانة. طلبت إثبات الحضانة والبيت والنفقة.

وأضفت محاميًا للقضية، وهو الذي قدم المذكرة الأخيرة التي فيها طلبات كل شيء باستثناء نفقة الطفل.

لم يحكم القاضي بالنفقة. ولم يذكر طلب النفقة في الحكم.

هل صحيح أن القاضي ينظر فقط في الطلبات المذكورة في المذكرة الأخيرة؟
