Applying for a UK visa while there is a case in the UAE
Hi,
During the Covid pandemic, I left Dubai in an emergency. I had a rental agreement that I did not continue but the landlord filed a case and won.
Now, I have a final judgment from a court against me. Also, I had dues from my credit card but not more than 25K.
1. If I apply for a UK visa, will these cases affect it?
2. If I want to settle the RDC case, what is the procedure?

Normally, your debt is in the UAE and may not affect UK employment, unless otherwise, your UK employer asked for a police clearance certificate from the UAE.
