Applying for a UK visa while there is a case in the UAE

Hi,

During the Covid pandemic, I left Dubai in an emergency. I had a rental agreement that I did not continue but the landlord filed a case and won.

Now, I have a final judgment from a court against me. Also, I had dues from my credit card but not more than 25K.

1. If I apply for a UK visa, will these cases affect it?

2. If I want to settle the RDC case, what is the procedure?

We can assist you to resolve your issues in the UAE.

Dear questioner,

If there is any execution against you, unfortunately, it is going to affect your UK visa application process.

We can certainly help you to settle your RDC case along with your credit card so you can process your visa without any issues.

Please contact us via phone for more information.
