The maximum notice period employers can put in the contract as per the new labor law

Our internal contract has a notice period of 3 months from both parties. In the new labor implementation, only one month's notice is required for less than 5 years of service.

Please advise if we can follow our internal contract since the position is very curtailed and the organization will not be able to replace the position within one month.

As per the new labor law, the minimum is 30 days and the maximum notice period shall not exceed 90 days.

So our internal contract is Unlimited since we have not yet converted it to limited yet. Can we still follow the three months notice?

The contract states clearly 3 months.
