هل يجوز للزوج أن يجبر زوجته على الخروج من المنزل عند رفع قضية الطلاق؟

سيدي العزيز / سيدتي العزيزة،

أنا على تأشيرة شركتي وليس على كفالة زوجي، ومع ذلك، فإننا نعيش الآن في شقة باسمه. لقد تقدم بطلب الطلاق في الهند ويقترح الآن أن ننتقل إلى شقة مشتركة.

هل يستطيع أن يجبرني على الخروج من منزلنا الحالي؟ وهل يستطيع أن يجبرني على الإقامة في شقة مشتركة؟

يقول إنه لا يستطيع تحمل تكاليف المنزل ولكن راتبه جيد وأعلم أنه لا يزال قادرًا على تحمل تكاليف المنزل.

Hi,

Do you have a marriage certificate?

And since the divorce is under process in India, as per law, you are still husband and wife till you both are divorced on paper.

So you have the full right to stay with him in the same house. He can't force you to move out.
