عواقب ترك الوظيفة بسبب عدم دفع الراتب

تحياتي،

أنا مهندس مدني. حصلت على أول ختم تأشيرة في دبي في أبريل 2022 وتنتهي تأشيرتي في أبريل 2024. لم يدفع لي صاحب العمل راتبًا خلال الأشهر الخمسة الماضية من انضمامي.

أريد أن أترك وظيفتي وأبحث عن وظيفة جديدة. نظرًا لأن هذا هو أول ختم تأشيرة مهندس لي، فهل سيتم فرض أي حرمان عليّ؟

لم أرفع أي شكوى إلى المحكمة العمالية. هل يجب أن أرفع شكوى؟

Dear questioner,

As your employer is not paying your salary and you seem to be in the probation period, you can resign by serving the notice period as per the UAE Labor law.

You can file a case against your employer with MOHRE for nonpayment of salary.

Hi questioner,

As per the law, your employer is obligated to make the payment of the wages on time under your employment contract.

However, since he has not paid you for the last 5 months, you need to file a labor complaint first and also need to inform MOHRE that you need to resign due to non-payment of salary and there won't be any ban on you.
