Would an employee get a ban upon termination after 3 months of visa issuance?

Good morning,

My employer gave me one month's notice for termination after 3 months of visa issuance. He also abused me.

He asks me to sign the cancellation paper. This is my first visa in the UAE.

Kindly tell me please what I should do.

If you feel that your employer is breaching the contract, you may raise a complaint with the Ministry of Labor.

You can visit the nearest Tasheel, and inform them of the abuse and the ban.

Would a ban be assigned to me if he cancels me after 3 months of visa because it is my first visa?

We can't answer if the ban will be implemented on you or not as we do not know the reasons for your termination as well as the contract terms, therefore, we suggest contacting the ministry of labor before your employer proceeds with the ban, etc.
