فرض منع من السفر مع سداد الأقساط في مواعيدها من الخارج

مرحبًا،

أحتاج إلى نصيحة عاجلة.

لقد غادرت الإمارات منذ عامين وعلي مبلغ مستحق من قرض شخصي. اتصل بي قسم التحصيل في الشهر الأول بعد ذلك لمناقشة وضعي واستمريت في سداد أقساطي الشهرية عن طريق التحويل البنكي دون أي تخلف حتى الآن.

هل هناك احتمال بأن البنك قد اتخذ أي إجراء قانوني ضدي رغم المعلومات المذكورة أعلاه؟

هل هناك منع من السفر لأنني أخطط للسفر قريباً إلى الإمارات؟
