كيفية طرد المستأجر الذي لا يدفع الإيجار

المستأجر الخاص بي لا يدفع إيجاره. كم من الوقت يستغرق إخلاءه من خلال المحكمة؟
سمعت أن قانون دبي يحمي المستأجرين في هذه الأمور. ما هي فرص أن تحكم المحكمة لصالحه؟
بما أنني لا أعيش في دبي، لدي وكيل أعمال لديه وكالة ويحصل على شيك الإيجار باسمه، فهل ستكون هناك مشكلة في المحكمة؟

As per the law, if the tenant is not paying you the rent, you have the right to send him a legal notice to pay within 30 days and if he still doesn't pay, you can take it to RDC and complain about it and ask for the outstanding rent with his eviction from the property.

As per your query, please note that as the tenant is not paying the rent, you can remove him by giving a 30 days notice for non-payment and file a case for eviction.
The POA should mention that he can attend any court or dispute center and submit documents and, if it is written, then he can give a POA to a lawyer, if it is not written, then we can make a new POA for the agent.
