The inheritance will depend on the will of the person, as per the applicable law.

For Muslims, it will be Sharia Law, and for Non-Muslims, it will be as per the personal law in the UAE.

If you are making a will and want to have a special condition, then we have to check whether it complies with the Sharia LAw, because for the Muslims, Sharia law will apply.
