I pay my wife and daughter all maintenance money and my wife filed a case against me

I am S. B. & I have a company in RAK free zone. My wife has taken all the company & personal information without my knowledge & she has filed a case in India-Delhi for Money (Maintenance).
We are staying together in Sharjah-UAE & I am paying her AED 5000/month + flat rent + all utilities + cars + daughter credit card + college fees.
Can I file a case in the UAE for obtaining the sensitive company information for filing a case in India (I have a copy of all the documents).

As per your query, please note that as you are staying together, and still divorced, its considered mutual separation.
However, since your wife is supposed to know all personal information being in a relationship, you can open a divorce case here and claim the amount of your loss as maintenance.
You can also make a police case against your wife with an expert report of the loss you made for taking the secret and personal information, and register the case with the police.
But you have to stay separate in order to take any legal action.
