Please note that as per your case, as you have custody of the child, it depends upon the case in the UK.
If there is an arrest warrant, then it can come through Interpol. You may defend the case in the UK by appointing your solicitor.
If you open a custody case in the UAE, then you can implement the order in the UK, as per the custody case but it will be a long procedure.
So, it is better to defend in the UK. If you want to file a case in the UAE, you may contact us.
Hi, the arrest warrant will be valid in the UK as long as there is no interpol case and with respect to the custody case, the mother should be a resident in Dubai in order to be able to file custody case in Dubai. Bearing in mind the priority of the custody is always for the mother unless you prove that she is a threat on the child and to you.
